Coordination for Material Planning and sourcing
•Receiving PR (Manual and in System )and coordination with Concern Contractor and supplier (RFQ) for Price, MOQ (Min Order Qty), Lead time, Delivery and Payment Term etc
•Getting Approval on Comparative through system case wise
•Generating Purchase order (PO) and getting system approval.
•Planning, Organizing, and coordinating timely deliveries .

• Coordination with Clearing agent and A/c department for Proforma Invoice, Import Document, Bill of Entry, Custom duty and Clearance of shipment and Transportation to W. house.
• Supervise Offloading of import shipment in Reference of FIRS (food Import and Re-Export Services report ), Physical Count and GRN, Dubai Municipality Inspection of Shipments.
• Coordinate for Registration of new Item, barcode and labeling at Dubai Municipality.
• To supervise deliveries against the customer LPO to optimize use of resources.
• Make daily delivery schedule as per customer requirement (fleet management, Drivers and helpers management)
• Stock rotation in respect of FIFO Expiries.
• Bi-Annual stock counting and Audit support.
• Disposal of Damage and expired goods as per Dubai Municipality requirement.
• WMS (Warehouse Management System) for Temp Controlled stocking and replenishing stock.
• 3PL warehouse management coordination
• HACCP : Implementing the policies, training to staff, making reports, conducting Audit and coordinate with HACCP Auditor.
• Maintain the rule in respect of ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001
• Warehouse administration task. ( Supervising 35 Staff (4Nationality), Managing 9 Delivery Vehicles )

• Controlling and managing GRV( Goods return Voucher
To supervise all Transaction for Deliveries to customers local and export via Container / Trailer and Trucks.
