Expenses and Timesheet
• Verifying and processing timesheets and expenses for Transmission & Distribution IBEW employees as per collective agreement and HR policies
• Support Work Leaders on Work Order Management using Passport management
• Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager regarding processed timesheets and expenses
• Familiar with IBEW and MoveUp Collective Agreement’s
Power Outage Notification (PON)
• Liaise with internal crews and external contractors regarding Power Outage Requests
• Extract data from DAD (Distribution Analysis & Design) system - complete isolation traces; pull up Customer Detail lists
• Enter detailed information into our PON SharePoint Calendar & ORS (Outage Reporting System)
• Liaise with Key Accounts and Community Relations for outages that require pre-approval, including all Commercial and Key-Accounts customers
• Prepare and send 3-tier notifications to customers via e-mail, auto-dialer and postcard mailing
• Inducted to strategically align the Human Resource and Administration functions for Sharaf Logistics Pakistan and Nigeria, which was nonexistent as a separate management function, setup the HR & Admin department with existing and newly recruited personnel.
• Implementing mission, vision and core organizational values of Sharaf Group by leading the team of corporate heads which ultimately provided a long term direction to the company and subsequently to each departments, translated the mission and vision into “short terms wins” & “must win battles” to set annual goals for the departments and cascaded the same down to Line Managers level.
• Implementing Performance Management System introduced by Head Office Dubai based on the above and helped department head to turn KRA into KPIs and action associated to it.
• Implementing different training programs at Emirates Logistics Warehouse’s (Warehouse workforce of over 500 individual, spread all across Pakistan and Nigeria by designing and implementing a concrete training curriculum, followed by a comprehensive feedback, implementation and transformation system, based on deliverables of each training module.
• Developing HRIS using Oracle Platform
• Prepared comprehensive SLP HR Manual currently under discussion for implementation, working on developing SOP for HR Operations.
• Looking after over all Resourcing, Orientation and Induction, Performance Management, Learning and Career Development activities in the organization

Key Responsibilities (Human Resources)
•Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions ranging from recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, staff communication to training and development programs.
•Management and maintenance of HR Management Information System (HRMIS) and HR spread sheet
•Maintain and update personnel administration such as: new recruit, terminations, transfers for Up Country Staff
•Support and guidance to all staff and projects on HR related issue
•Assist in preparation of maintenance induction plans and system
•Assist in induction of new staff through Exel HR procedures
•Support in development and execution of HRD plan
•Assist in review & update HR Country policies & staff charters in view of the exchange in the national context & the law
•HR administration including contract preparation and renewals
•Monitoring and maintenance of Up Country leave and medical claims
•Encourage E-learning/Exel Campus programs
