Managing projects including Project Planning, Budgeting, Resource management and Negotiations etc.

Direct and manage project execution and applying necessary corrective and preventive actions whenever required.
Managing Quality Control activities to ensure the validity of deliverable based on client's standards.
Performing Client Coordination, Requirement Management and People Management.
Performing scope control, cost control and schedule control activities and reporting using metrics and work performance information.
To perform, communication management, risk management and procurement management in accordance with the Project Management plan
• Project Management Diploma 13 weeks course held at NIBAF (National Institute of Banking and Finance) by LMDA (Leadership & Management Development Associates) from March 2009 To June, 2009.
