Study and analysis of tender drawings, BOQ (bill of quantities) and specification of construction project.
-Prepare material packages and define of main specifications and criteria.
-Market surveying in order to procure material within assigned budget.
-Preparing material submittal for the purpose of consultant approval, based on the client approved vendor list, specification, and our budget price.
-Submittal negotiation with consultant until receiving the approval/disapproval letter.
-Ensuring that used materials company with specified standards of quality.
-Deal with the engineers and the Client to get approvals in proposed suppliers and subcontractors following contract requirements.
-Contract Preparation and negotiation with the second party until the final agreement.
-Receiving vendor and suppliers quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
-Purchase order preparation with all related required documents.
-Coordinate material delivery until receiving in our warehouse and recording the invoice.
-Ensured stock inventory levels and maintained to adequately meet operation needs.
-Coordinate with storekeeper for the inspection of all the material received from vendors.
