UHT & Milk standardization plant

Worked in different areas of the plant as operator and helper

- Fresh milk reception, tanker weighing, sample checking
- Milk receiving and tanker CIP process
- Milk thermization and de-creaming
- Preparation of batches for different product category based on the BOM such as Nestle milk pack (UHT), everyday, Nestle cream, Yogurt, soft serves, shake mix, Milo RTD
- Also worked as assistant operator for preparing the batches of Nido, Lactogen, easy whip, NAN 1 & 2 to send the batches to Egron plant
- Responsible to do silo CIP, cleaning of the whole assembly


Tetra packaging & Juice plant

Worked in Juice plant & Tetra pack as packaging operator

- Receiving chilled pulp and to add in dissolving tanks before mixing
- Helping the senior operator prepare batches and to add ingredients based on the SKU
- Cleaning & tank CIP


Water plant (Pure life)

Worked in pure life plant as assistant operator

- Worked on 5-gallon line and was responsible for bottle inlet line and assist to filling operator
- Work as operator assistant on blow machine and filling
- Worked as operator assistant on 1.5-liter line pet bottle line and was responsible to assist filling operator
