• Creation of Data Control Centre organization that can manage the project data control and backlog.
• Controlling all the Documents, correspondences for Al Falah Community Project through ACONEX.
• Working as Work Admin for ACONEX system for the Establishment.
• Coordination with project client, project consultant and Management for the project document management and control.
• Preparing all the Method Statements for different works.
• Submitting all the documents after modification according to Project Instructions through ACONEX.

• Preparing Enquiries for different Suppliers and Sub-Contractors for different items used in the project.

• Maintaining the time sheets for all the manpower working on the Project.
