Manage iktva for company and projects level (Aramco projects daily roster, monthly report, iktva plan and quarter report). I have HR manager approval by Saudi Aramco. Manage Local content team and mandatory list for company and projects level for Neom, Maadan projects, reviewing Neom contracts for local content and letters. Prepare the training & development plan and follow up with them for Aramco, Neom, Royal commission for Jubail and Yanbu projects. Manage recruitment team for Saudization, I have huge data for resume updated weekly. Prepared Saudization strategic plan. Corporate Saudization monitor. Saudization planner, and Netaqit needs. Follow up with new Saudization announcement for positions and take immediate action. Support Estimation department with L&D, Recruitment strategy for new bids and projects. Support companies with ( Engineers, Technicians, and accountants, others) HRDF programs ( participate in programs to hire and training for Saudi employees to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency ) millions have been entered into the organizations account. Etimad file for construction projects and the dealing with portal Recast contracts file. Mowamah program certificate, increasing the Saudization rate to be one Saudi employee as 4 Saudi employees.
