Role Purpose:
To supervise team members and assist management in all issues relating to the company property in order to insure effective management of McDonalds -RICC properties (leasing, Collections and reporting).

Job Description:

1- Property Maintenance
- Ensure work requests are responded to promptly and followed up as necessary.
- Attend or delegating sites visits to accurately identified work to be carried out.
- Comply with an propose developments of existing systems procedures and work practices.
- Prepare and execute approved monthly lease payments schedule.

2- Stake Holders Relations
- Responsible for insuring clients are kept up to date regarding the status of repairs already requested and confirmation of anticipated completion dates.

3- Documentation & Reporting
- Assist with management of the departments
administration, insuring accurate records are maintained and all data stored safely and accurately.
- Take part in meetings as required and reporting to management, keeping them informed of all
developments.
- Manage the department database.
