• Field Inspector EPA is responsible to monitor the incoming and outgoing all sorts of chemical materials.
• Take necessary actions as per the in regulation of EPA.
• Collection samples and submitting for further analysis.
Working as a Shift in charge (Urea plant, Water treatment plant, UFC Production)
A Shift in charge is responsible for maintaining the plant condition in a both normal and to produce the best in all circumstances for producing the best and able for the trouble shooting of the plant.
Areas of Responsibility:
• Urea Plant (High pressure compressors, Reactors, High pressure centrifugal pumps, Motor and turbine driven, Heat exchangers)
• Water Treatment Plant (Reverse Osmosis, Demineralise & Polishers, and accessory equipments)
• Urea Formaldehyde Production (Continuous Process)
• Furnace oil heating Section. (Heating of furnace oil at the desired temperature to melt the mixture of purified Terephthalic acid and Ethylene glycol along with the Catalyst Titanium dioxide and antimony trioxide to form Polymer)
• Ethylene Glycol Recovery Section. (Recovery of Ethylene Glycol from EG waste by process of distillation.
• Antimony trioxide & Titanium dioxide Section. (Making batch of Antimony trioxide & Titanium dioxide by the help of a mixer and later on send it to super decanders for proper filtration. Titanium dioxide is used to give colour to polymer and Antimony trioxide has been used as a catalyst.
