The main features of the assignments are: • Looking after and Managing Counters, transfer desk, above and below the wings Operation. Dealing with local authorities as well as with security/police/immigration and Criminal Investigation department (CID)
• Supervising GHA/as well QR staff to ensure that company standards are strictly adhered to.
• Planning and attending Overbooked/over sale/misconnection/diverted and chartered flights.
• Attending difficult individuals/situations and DNBs
• Developing strategic Plans for junior staff growth.
• Developing and organizing various applications which are used in day to day work as well by finance department for stations' Reports.
• Assisting Station manager and carry on such responsibilities if his not present.
• Planning a head over flow of revenue Passengers from OA with other Airline Duty officers or managers if such involves.
• Updating GHA with latest new procedure or restriction, in regards passengers or countries.
