Leading the team to timely entry of invoices for payment and checking
turnaround time to make sure that invoices will be approved by
project managers at the right time. Also, creating reclassification
journals to maintain accuracy and consistency in all DLR EMEA
projects.
I assisted with preparing financial statements for small management
companies. I also helped prepare bank reconciliations, VAT returns,
and balance sheet reconciliations, and one of my tasks was reviewing
P&L and making sure expenses were posted to the correct accounts
before invoices were approved and posted.
Interacting with financial services to receive timely, complete, and correct
information concerning trade-ins and early payoffs. Also doing
monthlupdateste of the deferred revenue Excel sheets of RVG/BBG Sales and
Support audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with
internal and external auditors.
