Senior Credit Analyst (Consumer Banking)
Principal Responsibilities:

• Providing quality service to internal customers through undertaking risk assessment analysis of various types of lending proposals;
• Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
• Assessing the credit worthiness of client companies;
• Advising and recommending changes to policy and procedure;
• Liaising with front-end (sales), credit policy and OPS team members;
• Staying informed with the legal, compliance and market-risk-related issues involved in the approval of credit.
• Post-facto check across all product facility booking.
• Self-testing (for Internal Audit Purposes and Central Bank of Bahrain requirement)
• Quarterly Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) testing
• Scrutinizing clients request in order to identify fraudulent transactions.
• Supporting ongoing business enhancement activities
• Assisting AFU personnel with various initiatives such as development of unit goals
• Supporting Citigroup and External Audits and CBB inspection activities
• Preparing and reporting of MIS on periodic basis

Operations Officer
Principal Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution and directing of the timely, complete and accurate processing of operational tasks (accounts opening and maintenance etc); including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility & the implementation of strategies to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Managing issuance of Manager's Cheques (Dealer’s payment) and Debit Cards operation
• Provide expert advisory to branches on day to day operational/client on-boarding issues.
• Responsible for the escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks along with complaints on operational matters to senior management.
• Ensuring that client relationships are strengthened and ensuring the successful continuance of business operations.
• Prepare/ complete and provide the required weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Ensure that client’s life files are complete as per Bank’s CIPP and AML & KYC policies and procedures.
• Contribute and Participate in the completion of departmental projects.
• To create and maintain excellent partnership with the Front-line staff (Tellers, Personal Bankers, Relationship Officer/Managers), Branch Managers and Product Team.
• Proactively collaborate with all colleagues across other divisions; whilst acting as a point of contact for business staff on concern/queries relating to Branch operations matters.

• Build and Retain a Portfolio of Retail and SME Clients to achieve the assigned targets numbers and service standards
• Generate new loan originations and cross sell auxiliary loan products and other products and services
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers through various sales channels
• Promote and enhance positive customer relationship with customers
• Track and convert all business leads generated and passed on by other units, including customer service referrals
