Budgeting:
Plan and coordinate activates to make sure project on budget.
Monitor and control project budget through project cycle, provide weekly report to senior manager’s key projects and stake holders. Raise request for investment .
Financial analysis:
Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and voulme analysis.
