From start of the project, all necessary permits required, preparation of construction schedule, MS, ITP, MAR and other pertinent documents, manpower, tools and equipments, demolition and clearing, layout and excavation, Material Takeoffs & sample approval to procurement, fabrication and erection drawing’s approval to fabrication works, material and welding test, inspection and approval of work for invoicing or billing, certificate of acceptance, et

2. Architectural Work.
From preparation of work schedule, MS, ITP, MAR and other pertinent documents, manpower, tools and equipment. From layout, mock-up to approval and installation of Concrete Hollow Blocks, Plastering, Material Takeoffs & sample approval, Painting, Window Grill installation, Door Jamb Installation, Tiling (Ceramic, Marble, Granite, PVC), Lightweight Partitions (Gypsum boards, Veneer boards, Etc.), Ceiling installations (Spandrel Ceiling, Acoustic Boards, Etc.), Moldings or Cornices installations, inspection and approval of work for invoicing or billing, certificate of acceptance and other related works.
