Arranging parties and events held by the company for employees and ensuring that everything is in its correct place. i Follow up and check facilities such as pantry, bathrooms, office and warehouse area. If there are any damaged attachments or that need to be changed, I follow up and change them with the specialists, and also communicate with the employees if they have special requests to bring them to the company. I inspect all devices, such as printers and papers, and I inspect the devices periodically and continuously, or I correct the defect if it occurs
• I order consumables that employees consume on a weekly basis
• I work in the reception area, and I receive visitors and record entry and exit times. I also record workers' entry times in the event that they receive furniture and place it in its correct place, and I supervise the installation and furnishing of offices.
