 Make the follow up with the customer to preparing the final payment and pay it in the factory against receiving the poles.
 Send the visit request to the factory to help the customer to make the inspection.
 Preparing the itemization permeation and send it by fax to dispatch department and make them ready to dispatch the order to customer.
 Arrange with our dispatches department to help the customer to find empty truck and follow up the collection from the customer.
