In charge of Auto Workshop, Perform Maintenance & arranging Local / Imported parts of
Earth Moving Machinery from foreign, Such as LOADER CATER PILLER 972 IIG, CAT
950G, Lifters, Off road heavy machinery & on road machinery,
In charge of condition based maintenance of rotary equipment
(Predictive & proactive maintenance)
Maintenance of Centrifugal pumps & other types of pumps (Mechanical seal & Packing type)
In charge & lead of Foundry Workshop in which i look after of, casting of couplings of CI,
motors fans, casting angle valves of CI, Brass, Silvers, pulleys, motor covers.
Key user of SAP ERP, Purchasing of material /Parts, Documents controlling of ISO
9001:2008-2015, Coordinating spares inventory of centrifugal pumps or and indenting
local/Imported Material / offshore spares through market
Coordinates with out source supplier & purchase department etc
Control Labor, & sub-Contractors, Controlling Raw Material for under workshops.
Repair & maintenance of High Pressures Boilers & cooling towers (Forced Type) etc

L15 (10 bar) low pressure, L37 (12 bar), L37 S (12 bar), & Responsible for RO Plant
(Reverse Osmosis System )
Feed Pumps, Lube type chemicals pumps, Water Pumps, Agitator with gear system, 3 phase
motors, Single Phase, DC servo motors, Dehydration Plant, Single stage, double stage
pumps etc, Dust collector with blower, Fan balancing through CSI 2140 Emerson, Dial gauge
, Alignment of motors and pumps & coupling
In charge of Power Generation 600 KVA & 313 KVA Cummins, 200 KVA Perkins, & other
portable generators, Overhauling of diesel Engines & their general maintenance.
