• Negotiating senior management of our Principals in case of delay delivery, or when we required discount for quotation to be more competitive offer to get the order.
• Weekly meeting with sales engineers for following up business plan, targets, and solving issues related to work and performance.
• Supervision, support, and control Qualification Officer for qualification process through online software (MAXIMO).
• Supervision and control financial tasks: cash flow, receivable & payable payments, LC terms, balance sheets, and other tasks.
• Managing nominated projects selected from Data Media System database (DMS) with the project engineer.
• Managing marketing plan by classifying the market to: ADNOC companies, Consultant for ADNOC project, EPC for ADNOC projects, and Industrial market. Visit schedule to be planned and executed based on this markets. This is to be done with coordination of our principles as necessary.
• Up to date I (personally) have introduced many new principals: LA Turbine - USA for Turbo Expanders, RAGASCO - Norway for LPG non explosive composite Cylinders, Bauer - Germany for Compressors, GEMELS - Italy for Ball Valves, Weensung - Korea for Strainers, Vental - Italy for Oil & Gas Painting and coating, Quifer - Spain for Pneumatic Actuators. Still in negotiation with other manufacturers.
• Processing TRACE Certificate - USA for transparency and Anti-Briery required by John Zink by answering hard online Quiz to get the certificate. I passed it with outstanding degree of 100%.
• Supervising and controlling Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO 9001: 2008.
• Managing activities for the other company Daff Eelectro-Mechanical, as contractor for Electrical installation and street lighting (LED), and pumping stations.
