• Prepare and review engineering plans, designs and circuit diagrams for project.
• Prepare of daily & monthly reports to the site management.
• Responsible for progress, material & human resources on site.
• Coordinate with the site inspectors to check the ongoing project status and development.
• Checking the work & the material quality as per prescribed standards.
• Ensure safety guidelines are applied over construction work plans.
• Managing and supervising the electrical contractors on site.
• Prepare estimation cost for project development.
• Responsible for the MV/LV system installations in 7 buildings including the RMU's, Transformers, MDB’s (Switch boards), Bus-way, Generators, MCC's, Cables & Cable Ladder, Chilled water pumps, Potable & non potable pumps, Extract fans.
.
• Perform analysis and resolve technical problems.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting advance technical problems.
• Open/close ticket for any failure, recording the incident with fully details from A to Z.
• Follow up with vendors & 3rd parties to trace any failure in the network.
• Prepare daily report to the management.
