• Prepare Clause 14.1 programme fully coordinated with Engineering and procurement tracking schedules.
• Resource loading (Manpower, Weights, Cash, KPI's).
• In conjunction with the contract department include the authorities procedures and duration in the project's contract.
• Prepare cash flow histograms, S-Curves and forecasting for monthly invoices.
• Prepare the schedule model, Schedule Narrative.
• Supervise subcontractors meetings and coordinate their schedule with the approved schedule.
• Present the progress in the weekly meetings.
• Prepare weekly & Monthly look-ahead programs for construction team and the client.
• Interact with the technical and construction teams to find alternatives and mitigation plans for delays.
• Under supervision of the PM write all time related correspondences.
• Assess and prepare EOT claims.
• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily progress reports; identify causes of delay, if any, and the impact of delay on the construction schedule.
• Coordinate with the QS the foretasted progress to include in the owner invoices.

• Prepare detailed baseline schedule in conjunction with the project, construction, engineering and procurement managers.
• Prepare cost loading construction schedule.
• Prepare cash flow histograms, S-Curves and forecasting for monthly invoices.
• Prepare the schedule model, Schedule Narrative.
• Participate in progress meetings and any other meetings related to the revision of the project program.
• Prepare weekly & Monthly look-ahead programs.
• Update the construction schedule and cash flow.
• Manage the coordination between our works and the E/M works.
• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily progress reports; identify causes of delay, if any, and the effect of delay on the construction schedule.
• Prepare and evaluate all requests for time extension.
• Prepare the Project Forecast Report/Cost Report.
• Responsible for all the outgoing letters.
• Preparing the owner invoices.
• Prepare variation order including preparing cost breakdown for the new activities and get the consultant approval.

 Preparing methods of statement.
 Preparing Time Schedule Updates & evaluate actual vs. target.
 Preparing templates to be used.
 Preparing Progress Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports ).
 Engineering status update.
 Subcontractors follow up.

 Preparing Master and detailed Time Schedules for Engineering &Construction Stages.
 Collect Data through Site visits & prepare project time status.
