Responsible for Overall Day to Day Operations of DCP
•Responsible for supervising the operation staff and guiding them to run the plant efficiently and focusing on DCP operation at required efficient levels.
•Ensure uninterrupted chilled water supply to the customer with specified temp.
•Ensure/Practice proper Startup & Shutdown for all equipment as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
•Preparing overall daily and monthly reports i.e.(utilities & consumption)
•Responsible to prepare monthly shift chart in coordination with Plant Manager.
•Coordinate with Other teams (internal & external) in carrying out Preventive and Corrective maintenance as per schedule or as required so that the plant is always in top working condition
•Troubleshooting of System-related issues, not limited to Operation.
•Ensure that proper stock levels of Chemicals/Operational Consumable are maintained at all times and shortage to be informed to Plant Engineer for raising the purchase requisition to ensure plant operations is not hampered due to shortage of materials.
•Supervising the Operation with a team of Operators in an efficient way in various shifts
• Operating and Monitoring large tonnage centrifugal liquid chillers & equipment’s
At District Cooling Plants.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of chiller plants to ensure their reliable and fault free operations.
• Monitoring all Chillers operations through a centralized SCADA Control Room. Which one up to our large capacity of 35000TR & minimum of 10000TR. (YORK Maxe Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller OptiView Control System)
Models: YK/YD.
• Monitor & Registering of Energy Transfer Station Parameters.
• Preparing & Calculate overall reports of daily/monthly utility, consumption, and Plant efficiency.
• Maintenance of cooling towers and monitoring water treatment system.
• Inspect chemical dosing pumps and dosing tanks. Perform chemical dosing as per the requirement and prepare chemical dosing inventory.
• CHW Network Valve Chambers Inspect for any abnormalities.
• Manage to reduce downtime of plant room machines.
• Following all relevant safety, quality, and environmental control procedures and instructions.
Operating and Monitoring large tonnage centrifugal liquid chillers & equipment’s
At District Cooling Plants.
•Manage the day-to-day operations of chiller plants to ensure their reliable and fault free operations.
•Maintaining and storage of Chilled Water in TES Tank (Thermal Storage Tank).
•Monitoring all Chillers operations through a centralized SCADA Control Room. Which one up to our large capacity of 35000TR & minimum of 10000TR. (YORK Maxe Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller OptiView Control System)
Models: YK, YD.

•Following all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
