Responsible for Sales Office Accounting which includes but not limited to preparation of month end financial reports, auditing sales transaction, monitoring of daily cash projection and remittances, custodianship of post-dated checks, daily bank reconciliation, Monitoring of customers' account and making journal entries in SAP.
Auxiliary works include AR confirmation, Monitoring of invoices for countering to modern trade accounts, perform inventory count to various dealers and prepare demand reports.
Previously assigned in disbursement function in plant finance whose primary task is to prepare check payments to various vendors and monitor Accounts Payable, making sure no overdue accounts.
