• Business requirements, process, procedures analysis, workflow, structure and develop an improvement plan.
• SWOT, PEST, market share and opportunities analysis, and develop a plan and strategy of sales and marketing.
• Financial statement analysis “B&S, P&L, COGS, ROI, Profitability, break-even point..etc.
• Marketing research to capture a potential business opportunity, and make a feasibility study.
• Analyzing a profitability of products, stores and the productivity of staff.
• Develop a policy of customer service and client's satisfaction, as well as quality system.
• Develop a logistics activities as well as purchasing procedures and evaluate the current suppliers, and search for a new sources of the products.
• Develop and implement a new policies and principles that matching with ISO standards to get the ISO certificate.
