As TRADE REGULATORY COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR, my main tasks are:
• Led trade compliance missions for different economic operators (producers, importers) under investigation, by managing the auditing team of 1 to 3 persons, and, if necessary, animating training sessions for new members.
• Conduct audits to determine the proper functioning and management policies’ effectiveness of companies under control and verify their compliance with the applicable commercial laws and regulations
• Examine the commercial practices and procedures of companies under investigation, in order to detect any infringements and undertake the necessary reassessment procedures

The Logistics Controller & Coordinator is mainly responsible for the import/export movements of FieldCore tooling with shipments “door to door delivery”. This includes the inventory control of the SAP-ETM tooling system and a direct link to implantation of tooling procedures, analysis and administration.
For almost 10 years, I was a Regulatory Compliance Auditor of commercial and anti-competitive practices within the Department of Commerce of the province of Algiers, which is part of the external services of the Ministry of Commerce in Algeria.
The job consists to search and note any non-compliance of the applicable trade regulations and laws where the main mission is to take all precautionary measures planned to establish the basis of fair competition in the market.

• Manage a team of 1 to 2 persons responsible of the compliance-auditing missions of the retail and wholesale sectors, and led training sessions for junior agents.
