• Lead preparation and analysis of key treasury and financial reports including cash flow statements, borrowing
schedules, Effective Interest Rate (EIR), and interest reporting for loans and investments.
• Manage end-to-end treasury transactions including borrowing repayments (TL, ECL, NCDs, ECBs, CP) and
investment activities across instruments such as CP, CROMS, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and T-Bills.
• Oversee accounting of interest income, TDS, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial
records.
• Drive preparation of MIS reports in line with NBFC regulatory requirements, covering provisions, prepaid
expenses, investment performance, fixed assets, payables, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and monitor Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) reports in compliance with RBI guidelines, supporting
liquidity risk management.
• Ensure timely processing and validation of statutory payments including TDS and GST (GSTR-3B).
• Lead month-end closing activities including trial balance validation and financial data integrity checks.
• Supervise Accounts Payable operations, guiding team members on vendor payments, reimbursements, and
statutory compliance using Oracle ERP.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy,
and control within finance operations.
• Led migration from Tally to Oracle ERP (FY 2023-24), improving reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
• Automated borrowing and investment accounting using Beacon (Treasury ERP) in collaboration with the Treasury
team (FY 2024-25), reducing manual effort and enhancing reporting accuracy.

• Manage foreign vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reporting to ensure accuracy and liquidity
control.
• Lead cost analysis and cost-center P&L reporting, driving expense optimization and budget adherence.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, AP/AR operations, and support month-end/year-end close through GL
reconciliations.
• Develop SOPs, strengthen controls, and identify process improvements across finance operations.
