Position: Sales Executive - Food service
Brands: Stolichnaya, Camus, Power Horse, Laurent Perrier, Elle& Vire, bonduelle, lagnese, Regilait, , William Grants & Sons range, Foreign & Local Wines, Dilmah Tea & Café Richard
Yearly sales turnover: 9 million USD
Duties: • Handling all Gabriel Bocti portfolio, food and beverage segments and covering keserwan region. (Jounieh-Kaslik-Faraya-Byblos-Batroun)
• Ensuring all Gabriel Bocti presence in all sponsored outlets, and penetrate non-sponsored outlets as well
• Focusing on all big accounts (sale, money collection, contracts etc)
• Tasking to achieve the monthly and yearly targets
• Fulfilling the presence and the availability of Gabriel Bocti portfolio with the synchronization of the marketing department and the brand managers of each brand.
• Conduct regular visits and follow up in the market with the sales team to all our
clients in order to provide assistance to field personnel as required and to develop the PR in the market.
• Follow up with warehouse and logistics' supervisor on the availability of stock in the warehouse and the proper distribution and delivery services, and with the tracks drivers concerning the delivery time for each outlet
• Review and finalize the sales calendar with the Brand Managers and sales Manager according to the market needs, the sales and the strategy per brand
• Reporting the daily routing to the on-trade sales manager ( new outlets, meetings and results)
• Review credit and collection policy, in order to achieve the collection target of the month.

Duties:
• Tasking to achieve the monthly and yearly targets
• Handling all the product and covering Beirut area
• Follow up with warehouse and logistics' supervisor on the availability of stock in the warehouse and the proper distribution and delivery services.
• Presentation for all products in the Show Room
• Regular visits and follow up in the market with the sales team to all our
clients in order to provide assistance to field personnel as required and to develop the PR in the market.

Duties:
• Part of the team in the reopening the Buddha bar hosting more than 2000 persons at the restaurant, cocktail bat area, and the lounge
• Responsible of the all home made products needed for the bar
• Monthly inventory, checking the par level for all bars and the wine cellar
• Follow up the changes in the beverage menu with the beverage manager
• Assist in the sales strategy and targets to achieve the sales & profit
• Follow up and checking the expiry date of all bar products
• Follow up the requisition form with the store keeper at the main store
• Implemented daily, weekly &monthly checklist to monitor business image, knowledge, set up, service, cost control & effectiveness in preparation
Concerning many courses related to hospitality and extra courses concerning mixology and bartending Organizer of the bar of the new year eve that was held at IVY pre –club for the year of 2002, and that hosted more that 800 people Organizer the big event that was held in OCEANA in the summer of 2004 hosting one of the biggest DJ’s SEB FONTAINE and that welcomed more than 2000 people
