Employed as General Manager, pipeline systems division.
After the launch of the pipeline systems division, the role was to implement an overall sales forecast targeting the entire region of KSA emphasizing on the ongoing and future projects, retail, and corporate clients. The sales channels were studied thoroughly considering the high competition in the market to apply mid-quality and high-quality products within acceptable price range, quality, time of delivery, payment terms, and after sales service.
The scope of work include but not limited to:
- Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Assures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identifies problems and opportunities and addresses them; brings those which are appropriate to the Board and, facilitates discussion and deliberation.
- Provides general oversight of all company activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
- Assures program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation.
- Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff and labours. Assures process for selecting, development, motivating, and evaluating staff and labours.
- Recommends staffing and financing to the Board of Directors. In accordance with Board action, recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained.
- Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit.
Working in conjunction with technical aspects, the results were shown rapidly throughout the year performing full coordination between production and sales monitoring the figures and applying leadership and motivation across the group.
Employed as Plant Manager for Thermoforming factories, and pipeline factory.
Employed as Technical & Maintenance Manager for the entire group.
The group consists of three companies with a total of seven factories within Riyadh. The scope of work include but not limited to:
- Prepare and implement weekly, monthly, fortnightly, and yearly preventive maintenance plans for all factories to avoid any machineries breakdowns that affect the production plan and identify any deviation from target and ensure proper corrective action and follow up with operation.
- Oversee the Technical support management of all projects & Improvement - related activities in an assigned section or field to ensure minimal downtime in operations by liaising with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Material Control & Supply, Contractors and Safety Department as appropriate.
- Review and consolidate and/or approval technical documentation and evaluation and oversee the undertaking of regular audits of Engineering Support jobs to ensure compliance with international Engineering Standards.
- Review and consolidate engineering procedures and once approved, supervise the implementation of same procedures within plant equipment operation limits to prevent miss-operations and human errors in daily plant operations.
- Develop the daily & weekly production plan and schedule for thermoforming factories and pipeline factory. The task is focused on the Process unit operation targets in line with sales department to meet product lifting & inventory targets.
- Providing quality supervision on the thermoforming and pipeline factories by minimizing quality giveaway through optimizing blending recipes for all products and components and achieve the Q&A targets.
- Review and monitor all types of inventories in line with short range operating plan, daily & weekly schedule based on accepted Nominations by Marketer and approved inventory targets.
- Schedule the thermoforming and pipeline factories raw materials receiving locally and internationally on a yearly basis and continuously modify the forecast on a quarterly basis in coordination with planning team and procurement and cater for any special logistic requirement.
- Review all finished goods deliveries schedules in coordination with production managers, stores managers, and transportation managers and ensure the readiness of product.
- Schedule and manage the marketers’ nominations including creating and maintaining Nomination and Sales Order in BAAN and follow up entire process including inspection, loading, etc.
- Ensure assigned Section's engineering Tasks meet corporate safety and environmental policy and standards in order to minimize risk of industrial injuries.
- Conduct performance reviews of subordinates and liaise with Human Resources to conduct staff development program.
- Maintain and improve the manufacturing facilities.

Liaise with the architect and the client representative to review the budget estimates, space provisions, time and cost scale, submittals and manuals, specifications, BOQ, shop drawings, and authority approvals.
