Responsible for the short term and long term planning and daily operations of engineering department
Accountable for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality
Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for solving maintenance-related problems.Direct, maintain and enforce the Safety and Emergency Programs: equipment's, drills, records.
Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.Coordinate renovation bidding, define the cost and scoop of projects and oversee the contractor performance.
Prepare and implement the budget capital expenditure plan, forecast and objectives.
Set a maintenance program and negotiate maintenance contracts for the hotel, the grounds and all of the equipment's. Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of engineering employees.
Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating cost.
