Brief of works : Design and build contract for construction of 20 km long Bridge over a River. extradosed segmental bridge, well and pile foundation, 4+1 lanes with approach.
Duties & responsibilities :
 PMC role for quality assurance and quality control.
 Acting Team Leader’s role for initial project set-up and as a leave reliever.
 Reviewing and approving of Contractor’s all quality related documents, including PQP, ITP, RFI, method statement, material source, test report, project handover document.
 Implementation of Quality Management System.
 Reviewing and approving of testing procedure and result for all construction materials, including soil, road base, asphalt, concrete, rebar, pre-stressing strand, PT system, stay cable, bridge bearing, expansion joint.
 Issuing NCR to the Contractor and its closing.
 Preparing the official correspondence for the Contractor and Client.
 Holding chair in progress review meeting with Contractor and Client.
 QHSE Auditing for internal management system and for Contractor.
 Preparing of monthly progress report and monthly quality report for Client.
 Reporting all quality related issues to AECOM India head office.

Project: Design, build, complete & maintain of Shaikh Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah Causeway project (main sea link); worked with Hyundai Engineering
& Construction as consortium partner. Client-Ministry of Public Works; Consultant- Dar Al-Handasah/SSH/ Tylin.
Brief of works: Design, construction, and maintenance of 38 km long sea-linked cable stayed bridge, connecting asphalt roads, island development, Control room, data center, visitor center, service and facility buildings.
Duties & responsibilities :
 Managing QMS function for the Company’s entire operations in Kuwait.
 Preparation of QMS document, PQP, MS, ITP, NCR/CAR closing, O&M Manual, project handover documents, QR code system.
 Auditing for internal system and sub-contractor.
 Liaison with Client, Consultant and Sub-contractor on all QA/QC matters.
 Co-ordination and monitoring of QA/QC Engineers/ Material Engineers.
 Trouble shooting and technical guidance to all projects.
 Identifying and reporting on quality KPI’s, quality risk assessment.
 Training for staff and sub-contractors on QMS.

Project: Construction and maintenance of Al Mutahidah Twin Towers in Pearl Qatar; Client- United Development Company; Consultant- GEIC Qatar.
Brief of works: Residential Twin Towers (B+G+M+25+R) with Podium and Car Park.
Duties & responsibilities :
 Preparation of PQP, ITP & MS, Material submittal, Quality Report.
 Inspection of daily activity for civil, architectural and MEP works, together with the QC Engineers/ Material Engineers.

 Co-ordination with the Client & Consultant on all QA/QC matters.

Brief of works: 1. Design and construction of 1300 mtrs. cable stayed PT concrete bridge
over a sea channel by incrementally launching and balanced cantilever method,
with existing signalized asphalt road connection.
2. Design and construction of 19 klms. vertical Quay walls (with precast units) placing on stone- bed in offshore & 3 klm2 Ground improvement
by Vibro compaction and replacement method, Control room, data center, service and facility buildings.
3. Diversion of existing 1.2 klms. sea channel, rock revetment, cofferdam, piling for floating pontoons.
Duties & responsibilities :
 Preparation of IMS procedure, QA Manual, PQP & ITP.
 Implementation of Quality Management System.

Brief of works: Repairing / replacement of damaged existing concrete foundation for
running equipments and vessel in oil & Gas stations, Modification /renovation jobs in Oil, Gas and Power stations, Construction of Flow
Lines (CS & GRE), ESP conversion of Well, Electrical OH line, Rig Location preparation and Road construction, Minaret, Precast foundations, Structural steel works.
Duties & responsibilities :
 Inspection of daily civil and structural activities.
 All construction related materials inspection and testing.
 Project document control and record as per ISO system.
 Conducting training for Supervisors.

Project: A turnkey project for construction of Dabhol LNG Receiving Terminal - Marine Facilities; Client - Enron Power Corporation; Consultant - Lingtec Constructors L.P.
Brief of works: Construction of 1618 mtrs. long jetty approach way with Jetty head, Steel driven pile, Precast pile cap, Cross-head & Plank, Diaphragm wall, Prestressed beam, In-situ cast deck slab, Dolphins, Breakwater.
Duties & responsibilities :
 Co-ordination with design department on all site issues.
 Method statement preparation and technical documentation.
 Liaison with the Consultant.

Project: A turnkey project for Construction of Linear Low-Density Polyethylene Plant; Client - Haldia Petrochemicals; Consultant - Bechtel International.
Brief of works: Construction of Extrusion plant; Homogenization and Bulk loading silos; Monomer purification and Polymer plant; MCC bagging; Control room building; Underground system for Firefighting, Process waste, Storm water, Instrument cable, Sanitary waste sewer; Concrete paving; Steel structure fabrication, painting and erection; DMC Bore piling.
Duties & responsibilities :
 Contract administration, Quantity survey & Estimation.
 Supervision of civil works.
 Liaison with the Consultant and Contractor.

finishing works; Duct bank; Pipe culvert; Cable trench; Road & Drainage; Barbed wire fencing; Area grading.
Project(2) : Metro Railway - Line 1 Calcutta, Client - Calcutta Metro Rail.
Brief of works: Underground trough, pile, pile cap, pier, precast beam casting and erection for
elevated railway track.
