1. Responsible for overall Site Management from mobilization stage to demobilization and Project Close out.
2. Monitor the Project Program vs. Progress.
3. Monthly valuation and planning for an intelligent invoicing plan to collect all Payment Certificates before the end of the Project.
4. Responsible for Material Planning, procurement, Storage& utilization upto reconciliation.
5. Resource planning for manpower for effective operations at site. Managing the Project coordinators with specific Roles and responsibilities.
6. Reviewing weekly Project progress with Contract Managers, Construction Managers, MEP Coordinators and Engineers for effective monitoring & Co-ordination.
7. Assist in Sub Contractor Assessment and their Tender Evaluation. Assist material procurement activities with HO.
8. Assist HO Estimation Dept. In reviewing Tender Documents and provide necessary inputs.
9. Close monitoring the Job Cost Analysis and Cost of Completion Statement.
10. Maintaining good relations with Clients Representatives, Consultant Project Managers and Main Contractor at regular periods and provide early warning signals of technical and commercial issues and advise Corrective Action and Recovery Plan.
11. All documentation and correspondence in line with Client/ Consultant requirements.- Material/ Document / Drawing Submittals, Inspection Requests, Site Clarification Requests, Site Check Lists, Testing & Commissioning procedures, Snag Clearance, Close NCRs, Site Close Out Documentation & Procedures.
12. Weekly Review & Co-ordination with Client, Consultants, Main Contractors, ELV Sub Contractors and third party Agencies.
13. Regular site visit / inspection to ensure progress and maintain Quality of workmanship.
14. Certified Lead Auditor and Management Representative for Environmental Management System to ISO-14001
15. Thorough knowledge of QS 9000Quality Standards, ISO-14001 (EMS), Estidama Requirements & Certified 6 Sigma Green Belt.

But could not sit for the final Semester Engg. Exams and hence could not complete the course due to Transformers inspections in Mumbai for 3 weeks . Subsequently , due to work pressure , could not sit for the exams even afterwards.
