•Ensures implementation of safe work policies and procedures, prioritizing the health and safety of Facilities Maintenance staff and others.

•Planning mobilization of the staff according to agreed timescales with our clients,
•Ensuring that all activities are carried out as per the requirements of organizational policies and invoice are delivered and paid on time
•Manage contractual relationships with external vendors, suppliers & contractors.
•Responsible for Collecting and Capturing /Tagging All MEP asset For CAFM system and given training to technician on PDA,
•Preparing reports to keep management apprised of key projects.
•Coordinate all service-related activities of the facility including reviewing contracts and agreements for equipment maintenance and support.
