Recruitment:
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process of rank and file and corporate recruitment for the specific needs of the clients and the organization itself.
• Builds candidate pipeline by utilizing various sourcing channels including external job boards, social media, internet search, database search, employee and applicant referral.
• Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
• Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible.
• In charge of the HR Forecasting in order to determine or predict the needs of the company by means of data and models.
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
• Assists with all staffing planning and will be responsible for all recruitment advertising and sourcing, facilitating interviews, assessments, liaising with recruitment partners, reference checks, salary negotiation, and finalizing employment contracts.
• Working closely with the CEO, Deputy CEO, General Manager and all Department Heads to ensure a high level of service is provided, and the best available talent acquired.

Admin:
• Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets, reviewing company policies and procedures, company products, organizational flow and other needed information.
• Gathering new staff/employee information in opening bank account and other payroll concerns.
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, resignation, changes in job classifications and merit increases / performance appraisal.

Employee Relations and Discipline:
• Issues disciplinary action memos to employees.
• Routes inter-office memorandum to departments relating to policies and procedures on Human Resources and for the entire organization and files such memorandum accordingly with the Human Resources Department for documentation.
• Coordinate matters relating to employee requests such as replacement of identification cards, employment certificates, and any other needed letters.
• Attending meetings with the Management and/or concerned staff in terms of appeals /disciplinary issues for employees who are not complying with company policies and procedures.
• Taking notes at all formal hearings/meetings in accordance with company policy.
• To act as a critical point of contact for all new employees, ensuring that name badges are created and emails are set up in a timely manner and that starter documentation is completed checked and processed.
• To work with members of the HR Team providing a variety of support needs, including greeting visitors to the department, answering the telephone for employees, applicants, customers and/or guests’ queries, filing and archiving.
• Dealing with day-to-day general inquiries in an efficient and respectful manner which supports targets associated with excellent customer service.
• To work with the HR Team colleagues in ensuring that the department’s core business systems and processes run smoothly with HR data being kept up-to-date and documentation is regularly filed both electronically and manually.

• To deal with first line queries and refer onto appropriate member(s) of the team.
• Providing general administration support to the entire Management as required, including producing letters and other documentation as required.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Monthly reconciliation of credit card expenses for ticket booking for new staff (recruitment/deployment ticket expenses), resigned staff and vacation ticket.
• Collating ticket copies and approvals of the HR Department for consolidation.
• Processing manpower agencies’ recruitment fees for successfully deployed staff.

• Identifies various sources of recruitment by keeping abreast of current hiring trends and practices such as online and phone recruitment, job postings, job fairs, outsourcing for management positions, internal sourcing of referral systems, flyers, buying possible leads to ensure continuous supply of qualified applicants needed by operations and other units in the company.
• Handled all Sourcing Initiatives such as Employee and Applicant Referral Program, Promoters and Headhunters, Online Job Portals, Job Fairs and Caravans.
• Send end of day report to track activities and targets of each sourcing initiatives.
• Created and implented Employee Referral Program Manual.
