Incredible Energy, Insight, Foresight, Professionalism, attention to detail, results driven, a passion to help and develop people. An incredible organizer able to zoom from 30,000 feet to a micro inch and gasp the strategic, tactical and operational aspects of a any task. Had the pleasure of working closely with her on two fairly complex projects at National Bank of Fujairah. The first to help the bank re-launch its Retail Banking business and train and embed a Retail Sales and Leadership Culture, process and activity across the branch banking network. An even greater challenge was changing the very strong commercial product driven sales culture to one which needs based and relationship driven. Rachelle and our team had long discussions on the culture and sales landscape. For somebody in a "support" function she had the best understanding and insights about the "undercurrents" the pitfalls to avoid the issues to address. She helped us navigate our way through what seemed like a really difficult task, especially bringing together many different business divisions to look at a common objective and goal. Her Change Management skill and expertise are amongst the most sophisticated and practical that we have come across in a client partner. Thanks to her championing the project was a huge success. Our second project was to help integrate young emirati management trainees into the complex world of Commercial and Corporate banking and address knowledge and skills gaps. Especially helping them apply sophisticated accounting and financial concepts to real life lending proposals. Again Rachelle lead from the front, clearly articulated objectives, helped develop a realistic project implementation architecture, engaged with contrarian businesses, with opposing objectives, aligning everyone to a common goal. Thanks again to Rachelle it was hugely successful. She is a Winner and one of the most effective HR leaders we have had the privilege of working with.
