Responsibilities and achievements:
• Manage monthly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) and closely monitor the spending plan, advise on expenditure trends and potential issues.

• Prepare Donor’s reports including UNICEF, US government; Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM), Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO). Then review it with the regional support office and provide feedback to internal and external queries.
• Provide approvals of purchase requests and purchase orders to ensure accurate coding of expenses and full compliance with donor’s requirements and RI policies.
• Develop templates and dashboards.
