A joint initiative by the United Arab Emirates Government and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the Global Manufacturing and Industrialization Summit (GMIS) was established in 2015 as a platform to build bridges between manufacturers, governments, NGOs, technologists and investors in harnessing the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s transformation of manufacturing to enable the regeneration of the global economy. • Ensured the timely delivery of all aspects of a project on a global scale • Liaised with over 10 function leads across the globe to get updates and to help mitigate/escalate risks wherever required • Maintained proper project control and documentation on the progress of the project • Monitored deliverables of the project the on behalf of the Head of the Organising Committee • Assisted in Research and Design of new initiatives strategy, at government level, through a collaborative approach between several stakeholders (industry players, innovation hubs, governments, regulators, UN agencies) • Managed third-party vendors on the ground in Yekaterinburg, Russia to ensure seamless logistics and operational activities for over 3800 delegates who attended the summit

The Mohammed bin Rashid Initiative for Global Prosperity is a UAE initiative promoting a collaborative competition for entrepreneurs encouraging them to solve real-world problems, identified by our UN Agencies partners. • Conducted benchmark research and analysis on 3 award programs across the globe • Developed a 10-month timeline and strategy for the implementation of the MBR Challenges and the MBR Award. Developed project plans to monitor progress at all phases of the project • Managed the submissions of 1200 solutions submitted from 83 countries • Co-organized the 2-day pitch event in the UAE with 16 finalists and over 40 judges (April 2019) • Helped liaise with our project implementation partners for different phases of the project

Working Group, Lloyd’s Register Foundation Project Manager - 2018-Present, Dubai UAE

Lloyd’s Register Foundation is an independent global charity aimed at promoting the protection to human life. This working group is themed around “Safety challenges of the fourth industrial revolution”. This working group aims to bring together subject matter experts from all stages of the supply chain within the manufacturing industry to identify and understand various perspectives towards safety and security in the manufacturing industry. The project has been split into 3 phases, 1. Scoping Report 2. Working Group and 3. Pilot Phase • Conducted research and identified target audiences for the Working Group • Recruited 20 participants for the working group ranging from subject matter experts to CEO’s and lawyers • Managed the relationships with our suppliers; University of Cambridge and Tenshi (facilitator) • Developed and tracked KPI’s to monitor project performance and client deliverables • Organized the two-day inaugural workshop in Abu Dhabi (September 2019) with over 24 C-Suite level participants • Managing a budget of 250, 000 GBP

Partner Relationship Management Strategy & Framework This project was aimed at collaborating with all Drivers Licensing and Vehicle Testing centres that worked under RTA. The main objectives of this project were to strengthen relationships within the partners and to also improve the level of service provided to the end users. • Developed a 7-star framework to manage the relationship between RTA & it’s vendors • Lead the data collection and collation across more than 50 data points to work through the framework • Conducted workshops for all RTA vendors to educate them about the framework and the working of it • Manually calcuated the first 2 cycles of the implementation of the 7-star Framework to Awards stars to all RTA vendors • Managed a team of 5 developers who were building a Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard to transition from manual calculations to computive calculations • Conducted workshops for RTA managers & directors on how to use the BI dashboard and to best leverage it for internal reporting
