• Fully redesigned the purchasing department to be in line with ISO 9001 requirements, as well as supply chain best practices.
• Established and implemented purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Managed direct and indirect procurement of equipment and tools to various projects under the organizations' portfolio.
• Conducted international purchases with overseas companies, specifically in China, and developed long term relations with material and equipment supplies.
• Successfully increased on-campus student activities by 70%, by developing activities and clubs in various campuses and establishing methods for their growth and continuation.
• Playing a key role in a major PR campaign that was aimed at advertising AUTs name all over the Middle East by setting up theatrical and artistic campaigns that attracted thousands of audiences every year.
