I manage 15 full-time employees, 30 outsourced resources, maintain in excess of 60 applications. Our applications whether developed in-house or purchased and customized, help manage the needs of >500 schools, >400K students and >40K employees (>27K payroll employees).

 QNEDS 2.0 is the main tool for Student, Teachers, School Performance Management and Education decision support. It is also the main hub for information for the wide scale of SEC stakeholders involved in the educational process in the state of Qatar. A one-stop-shop that serves all the internal reporting and business intelligence requirements in a fast, easy and user-friendly manner.

 National Students Information System (NSIS) - Country Wide nsis.sec.gov.qa
 NSIS is the core software application in the MOE for the collection, organization and management of student data in the public and private school systems that includes, but is not limited to, student schedules, enrollment, course history, achievement profile, grades, attendance and demographic information.

 Electronic and Interactive Content and ePublishing - Country Wide
 Through this project, we provide world-class digital content, across all of SEC’s curriculum areas in the State of Qatar.
 E-Content is delivered via the eTextbook Library and is made available on students’ tablets for offline use.

 Electronic Assessment System - Country Wide exams.sec.gov.qa
 The aim of the initiative was to begin the transformation of summative and formative assessment within the Qatar school education system, as part of the wider aims of “Education for a New Era”.

 Enterprise Printing Management Solution

Developed a software platform and related application implementation for a centralized and modular printing solution. The accumulation of the solution good design in conjunction with the attached services led to reducing printing costs and seriously enhanced document security; distributing, editing, and repurposing, storing and retrieving documents electronically which makes SEC organization more productive every day so management could dedicate more time to running SEC critical business functions. Currently the solution handles 45 Million A4 page and 37 Million A3 page around the academic year.
