• Architect and Implement the ServiceNow Operational Intelligence module to work with CA UIM. Gather 15000 metrics/sec and analyze patterns and raise proactive alerts where problems may occur.

• Built the E2E solution (Connector Instance, Connector Definition, Metric collecting script, DB triggers, custom tables, stored procedures and cursors, having no vendor documentation )
• Increased the failure/issue detection with 60% using predictive alerting
Responsibilities
• Design and implementation of SolarWinds NPM/SAM/NTA/VNQM for the HQ and 140 additional sites worldwide. Integrate SolarWinds with ServiceNow; design and configure the CMDB integration with SolarWinds and SCCM; automation of incidents, service requests; LDAP integration.

I am working on implementing a could-based event management platform, communicating with various monitoring tool (e.g Solarwinds, SCOM).
I have designed and implemented a new SolarWinds implementation for a major client of our, GEO-based, all HA'ed and DR'ed using FoE, and centralized into an EOC instance. There are 7 pollers in total, across all the GEOs. I'm also managing the SCOM implementation for the same client, monitoring the MS stack: ADDS/Exchange/SCCM/SQL/SharePoint/Skype for Business. I'm creating custom monitors/rules in order to address the client's needs.

I had to install and configure a 4 software package under various operating systems: Windows, Linux and UNIX (Solaris), I have to configure these software and to manage incidents appeared in flow configurations. As main achievements I can say that I solved a large number on incidents appeared in configuration of the software package in servers in France, Belgium and Holland as well as provided various solutions for the support teams in France, India and Belgium. For a period of 2 months, I had a training course in Belgium, to our main client’s headquarter.
