Job description:
1. Projects management
• Managing projects to deliver a completed installed system in line with the client
contract.
• Plan an overall schedule of all project activities to ensure adherence to contractual
completion dates
• Track progress of all project actions against plan, intervening where appropriate to
ensure adherence to schedule
• Maintain a comprehensive project file of all relevant documentation in compliance
with the company quality standards
• Provide regular project status reports for both clients’ and internal use so that
progress can be monitored showing key project progress indicators
• Maintain an on-going project issues log, to track issues that risk the project schedule
or project budget, and escalate to the line manager any issues that cannot be
resolved.
2. Procurement
• Identify potential suppliers for all sub-contracted components and place enquiries
and receive bids
• Evaluate competing supplier bids and negotiate best commercial deals for the
company against client specifications, making purchase recommendations and
placing orders
3. Assembly, installation & commissioning

• Plan and supervise process unit assembly at out-sourced contractor site(s)
• Arrange and / or conduct all appropriate inspection and testing in compliance with
client requirements and relevant safety protocols
• Manage the shipment of process units to client sites
• Plan and supervise plant installation and commissioning in collaboration with the
company commissioning technicians and the client operations staff, and in
observance of all pertinent company’s and client‘s health and safety protocols
4. Financial
• Initiate client invoicing on completion of contractual project milestones and pursue
payments
• Manage all project expenditure against project budget, flagging up budget overrun
projections and intervening with suppliers as appropriate to control to budget
• Track any schedule overruns from suppliers and withhold supplier
General:
More than 100 projects for a value exceeds 8 million GBP have been delivered and
commissioned successfully, in different countries in the Middle East including Saudi Arabia,
UAE, Qatar, Jordan and Oman. The systems include carbon filter systems, chemical scrubber
systems, de-dusters, Bio-scrubber systems & H2S stripper systems. Clients include BP,
Metito, Veolia, QAFCO, ADSSC, and ADNOC … etc.
