Provide services for an industrial service and trading company with projects spread across the middle east, delivering advanced solutions for different industries.

Responsible for the Management of Projects, Operations, Procurement, Assembly, installation,
commissioning, financial, commercial, engineering staff and subcontractors. This position reported to:
the Managing director & included managing a team of 4 colleagues
* More than 100 projects at a value that exceeds 8 million GBP. Which have been delivered and
commissioned successfully, in different countries in the Middle East including Saudi Arabia, UAE,
Qatar, Jordan and Oman. Clients include BP, Metito, Veolia, QAFCO, ADSSC, and ADNOC … etc.
* Making fundamental changes to the procurement and operations strategies, cooperating with the
design departments to improve the margin of profits on all supplied projects.
* Improving the remote management method, gaining more control over remote operations through
inventing operations procedures which reduced costs and assured quality.
