This project is an infra-structure with Medium voltage network, low voltage network and street lighting.
my responsibility to follow design work and take approval from Saudi electricity company,
Next step is to follow and manage the site work and handover the work to SEC and Jeddah Municipality
Project: Dallah Hospital Expansion.
I worked with designer to review the design and prepare Bill of quantities and all project document to
start the bidding process with contractors.
Ø Working in King Faisal University in Hasa for its Teaching Hospital (400 Bed, 9 Floors with basement) and
outpatient clinics, as Electrical Technical Engineer with following responsibilities:
1-Study tender drawings and start shop drawings
2-Ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings,
Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.).
3- Attend all project related meeting with Client/consultant.
4- Evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, tools, manpower).
5-coordinat electrical systems with other sections.
2-From 22th September 2005 up to 4th September 2010
Working in Umm AlQura University in Makkah ALMukarrammah, as Electrical Technical Engineer.
My responsibilities are included to study the project & design criteria as per contract documentation
provided by University, and control the Design and Site Supervision
Electrical Department. Including production of shop drawing with material submittals and supervision of
site works.
Moreover, coordination with consultants, with a large flow of correspondence with manufacturers,
suppliers, subcontractors, and every one related to the project.
The project contains from this buildings:
1- Teaching hospital (400 beds).
Finish complete shop drawings for all systems coordinated with system's suppliers.
2- Computer center.
3- Student activity center.
4- Allied deans.
5- Medical labs.
6- Parking deck (4 floors).
7- Academic court.
8- Multipurpose Service tunnel. (800m) coordinated with all buildings connected to tunnel.
My responsibilities are included monitoring, supervising work on site, procuring material on site,
installation and commissioning and startup of various electrical systems on site such as lighting dimming,
building management systems, ups, fire alarm system, generator, lightning and grounding, etc..
Moreover, issuing electrical Bills and variation orders, and prepare as Built drawings handling over of
projects.
I was working in these projects:
1-privat villa in Dabooq/Amman
2-The Royal court offices/Amman
3-private palace for Royal court/Amman.
Elevators Installation
My responsibilities are included monitoring mechanical installation for rails, cabin and counter weight,
after that make termination for controller, doors and cabin, then startup lifts after calibrations.
