- Coordinates with Clients / Client representatives for availing their requirements and send various reports to them according to the frequency such as receipt confirmation, expiry report, delivery note, and CBM report.

- Coordinates with Exceed team to fix and modify the put away strategy considering the transaction reports, customer profile and movement of the items.

- Handle all anomalies related to any issues such as non-conformity, customer complaints, inventory accuracy, accidents and incidents, identify the root cause, suggest and implement the corrective and preventive actions.

- Follow up and solve the customer complaints and work with operations team leaders to ensure the customer requirements are met.

- Participate in all warehouse operations and activities and ensure data updates on the Warehouse Management System WMS (Exceed).

- Provides guidance and support to the warehouse operations team members.

- Prepare and develop the Key Performance Indicators KPIs for customer and team members, prepare warehouse utilization reports and prepare the clients invoices and send them to the finance department.

- Drive the Warehouse Management System implementation and upgrading while utilizing the warehouse resources and employees to eliminate excess cost.

- Ensure the process and procedure adherence and that the inventory management procedures are followed and implemented.

- Support the operations team in creating in creating Advance Shipment Notice, Shipment Order, SKUs Pack Key and updates data in Warehouse Management System.

- Coordinate with operations team to conduct inventory spot checks by performing the inventory for data integrity, discrepancy.

- Follow up for the the system pending issues and monitor WMS activities and ensure data updates and ensure on time generation of inbound and outbound documents.

- Ensure that all documents related to warehouse procedures and customers are kept and well maintained.

I Gained the knowledge in the flow of the processes based on the Standard Operating Procedures and going through these processes using the SAP system;

1) Purchasing department
- Study the requirements from the SAP which takes into consideration the customer demand (including safety stocks) and the supply sources (including available released stocks, stocks in QC and Open POs)
- Send RFQ
- Evaluate the offers from suppliers based on (price, quality & specifications, lead time and payment terms)
- Preparing purchase orders (PO) and send it to supplier
- Follow up to receive the shipment in time
- Periodically evaluate the suppliers

2) Planning department:
- Receiving the orders from demand planning, sales and tenders departments
- Study the Valid stocks of Raw and Packaging materials Vs. Confirmed orders (MRP)
- Study the Capacity Vs. Confirmed orders (CRP)
- Preparing a quarterly production plan
- Preparing a monthly sequence (MPS)
- Sending Purchase Requests to purchasing
- Follow up with the plant to solve any issues occured in produciton
- Follow up with QC, QA, Logistics and the engineering departments to assure delivering the order on time

3) Demand planning:
- Receiving the forecasts from the country manager based on suitable methods
- Continuous improvement in the forecasting techniques & methodologies
- Calculate (safety stocks, agent stock, outstanding orders and In route orders) in order to calculate the Demand plan and the shipping budget
- Prepare the next month/quarter demand plan in order to reduce the lead time and follow up with all the supply chain departments

5) Sales department
- Receiving Purchase Order (PO)
- Send a notification to Planning to check the delivery date
- Preparing Sales Order (SO)
- Audit& archive all the invoices

6) Logistics processes
- Manage all the movement of materials
- Preparing inventory lists as well as managing the Shipping & Clearance operations
