 Placing CAD/BIM workflows, policies, libraries, families, and customization through the network for consistency of production/modeling works.
 Establish/build up and manage the BIM team to review, validate, and develop the 3D Building Information Model for the project during Design, Construction, and As-built stages per standards and specifications.
 Set procedures for BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals
 Coordinating in-house and sub-consultancy disciplines' design contribution to the production of design information.
 Create a strategic plan to implement the adequate use of technology in the design process.
 Author/develop a training program for Revit/Naviswork/Dynamo and develop a progress report to identify training needs, course completion.
 Set and mandate Common Data Environment (CDE) through a proper Models Exchange & Document Management Systems (EDMS) per ISO19650.
 Understand and work to the project BIM requirements within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
 Set and mandate (CDE) through proper Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Newforma, Aconex, or ProjectWise.
 Producing intelligent 3D models and continuously adding more value to the client by extracting information directly from the model, 2D drawings, Schedules, Setting out, etc.
 Managing the production of design documentation per pre-agreed man-hour budgets.
 Set Quality Control / Quality Assurance procedures
 Coordinate all disciplines production works for quality assurance purpose
 Improving efficiency in production and quality of design documentation
 Undertaking technical project audits both during design and construction
 Actively contribute to project design development by collaborating closely with project stakeholders, contributing to internal coordination, clash detection, and design review workshops.
 Managing and delivering in-house training seminars
 Report progress at project meetings
 Report management at weekly board meetings
 Assessing and maintaining the proficiency of the BIM/CAD production team members
 Delegation and supervision to the BIM/CAD production team
 Preparation of relevant technical design solutions for product development
 Coordination and management of in-house and appointed sub-consultants
 Motivate the CAD/BIM production team in pursuit of excellence
 Build CAD/REVIT infrastructure (Software, Hardware, Drives, and Folder Structure)
 Set Company's CAD/BIM Standards and Handbooks
 Educate and Leverage awareness of IPD and Lean processes
 Establishing and maintaining KPI's for the CAD/BIM production team
 Train and upgrade team skill-sets about CAD and BIM.
 Research and awareness of job-related international trends
 IT infrastructure, LAN drives, and projects' folder structure development
 Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of your drawing work, quality, layout, and notes by checking oneself and coordinating drawings amongst the team and other disciplines.
