Leading and managing the BIM/CAD team.
Set BIM strategy and development plan.
Develop/produce project-specific BIM implementation documents (BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM Guideline, PEP, EIR, MDPT, and BIM QA/QC Plan).
Develop/produce the company's BIM Capabilities Statement.
Preparing BIM Projects’ budget hours and financial proposals.
Liaise with Clients to meet the (EIR) Exchange Information Requirements and (AIR) Asset Information Requirements.
Placing CAD/BIM workflows, policies, libraries, families, and customization through the network for consistency of production/modeling works.
Establish/build up and manage the BIM team to review, validate, and develop the 3D Building Information Model for the project during Design, Construction, and As-built stages per standards and specifications.

Coordinating in-house and sub-consultancy disciplines' design contribution to the production of design information.

Set and mandate Common Data Environment (CDE) through a proper Models Exchange & Document Management Systems (EDMS) per ISO19650.
Understand and work to the project BIM requirements within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Set and mandate (CDE) through proper Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Newforma, Aconex, or ProjectWise.
Producing intelligent 3D models and continuously adding more value to the client by extracting information directly from the model, 2D drawings, Schedules, Setting out, etc.
Managing the production of design documentation per pre-agreed man-hour budgets.
Set Quality Control / Quality Assurance procedures
Coordinate all disciplines production works for quality assurance purpose
Improving efficiency in production and quality of design documentation

Train and upgrade team skill-sets about CAD and BIM.
Research and awareness of job-related international trends
IT infrastructure, LAN drives, and projects' folder structure development
