Leading the implementation and development of EH&S policies and programs to ensure its compliance and consistency.
• Focal point of contact for SADARA site on specific EH&S discipline.
• Participate in incident investigations/corrective action process and provide improvement,
recommendations, and solutions regarding specific EH&S issues.
• Collect, input, and calculate EH&S reporting information and identify opportunities to streamline EH&S
resources and work processes.
• Link to EH&S expertise to obtain a clear interpretation of site-specific regulatory process, regulations,
laws and associated procedures.
• Coordinate the implementation of an assessment program to ensure conformity of SADARA facilities
with EH&S programs within a specific unit/envelope.
• Review and provide EH&S related input for SADARA guidelines, standards and programs.
• Implement EH&S assessment recommendation from Saudi Arabian Government officials, industry and
SADARA management as applicable.
• Maintain an effective liaison with Manufacturing leaders and EH&S leaders to keep them informed of
trends in EH&S performance and potential EH&S issues that could affect operations at site.
PROJECT & ACHIEVEMENT:
• Develop and implement in-house EHS KPIs management system.
- The system comes with a comprehensive dashboard for various level of leaders which integrate the
existing reporting tools such as (SAP, MOC tool, Events and Actions tool etc...)
• Assure the compliance of the safety regulations that set by government.
• Assure the compliance of the safety requirements prior starting any client’s project.
• Follow up on all safety issues that raised by clients or within Tamimi facilities.
• Conducting performance reports, risks assessments, and emergencies situations drills.

Handling the maintaince, production, logistic, and warehouse departments. supervising and managing the process, and the new projects. finally, reporting all the activities to the plant manager.

• Develop a process enhancement to solve an issue of defect products.
- Process Enhancement project on PE Underlay-mat production line, where it solved a bubble issue that generated inside the product after its being produced and stored leading to defect products.
