KEY ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT PMO (Project Management Office)
1. Build the necessary mechanism and tools to monitor and control the active IT projects and support IT management with periodic progress reports and dashboards;
2. Act as a mentor in project management for the various IT project managers;

IT VMO (Vendor Management Office)
1. Act as a focal point between the banks IT and external vendors within the process of bidding;
2. Develop, maintain and manage the complete bidding process for all IT projects starting from RFP/RFI/RFQ development till vendor selection
3. Develop the necessary tools to manage the bidding process properly (templates, evaluation tools …)

IT SLM (Service Level Management)
1. Build the various IT service catalogues related to each business unit for all services provided by the IT department;
2. Coordinate with all related parties to setup and agree the SLO (service level objectives) and all other matrices
3. Draft the necessary SLAs between IT and the other business units and coordinate between the involved parties to agree and signoff those SLAs

KEY ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the setup and operation of the company PMO
 Responsible for building the PMO framework
 Developing workflow processes
 Raising organizational awareness
 Creation and management of departmental policies
 Lead project activities to achieve strategic business plans
 Foster successful relationships with stakeholders and department resources across the organization
 Assists in the planning, resourcing and coordination of a wide variety of projects within the organization
 Recommend, develop, implement, and ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, procedures, and standards within the PMO team members and PMs.

KEY ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the development of a new business line (PMO line) including: services - methodology - offerings - team building - value proposition - clients presentation - KPIs
2. Participate in the business development efforts through meeting clients, developing proposals, respond to RFPs and RFIs; identify new leads, and log all related info on a BD tool;
3. Participate in the formulation of the company’s strategy and identification of new business lines and services to help penetrate the market;
4. Participate in the setup of the company PMO;
5. Manage a number of internal projects and initiatives;
6. Participate in the company growth through identifying new business opportunities, identify and recruit professional resources, propose and implement changes to current functions and processes;
7. Participate in the team building activities through an internal mentoring program;
8. Lead an internal committee that is fully responsible and authorized of the admin and the technical management aspects in the organization;
9. Participate in the actual delivery of services to clients through either leading projects, manage a team that is responsible of delivering a number of projects or representing the client in front of external parties.

Key Assignments:
Branch Operating Model Program - Riyad Bank
1. Manage and coordinate a set of projects and deliverables as part of the major Branch Operating Model program to achieve the banks strategic objectives;
2. Define and implement integrated solutions that optimize technology to support and grow business;
3. Assess and understand current and future technical and business needs;
4. Coordinate and participate in managing the rollout and implementation of the new branch banking system at all branches.

Main achievements:
1. Implementation of a new CSR banking system (Siebel) at all bank’s branches (200+ sites)
2. Implementation of a new Teller banking system (Siebel) at all bank’s branches (200+ sites)
3. Implementation of the "Cards Management System - RS2" at all bank’s branches (200+ sites)
4. Implementation of a "Teller Queuing System - QMATIC" at all bank’s branches
5. Implementation of the "CSR Queuing System - QMATIC" at the bank’s branches

Key Assignments:
1. ATM Switch Replacement
Build end-to-end ATM interface between the new ATM switch (OpeN2) and the core banking system (Equation 3.6)
2. Internet Banking System
Implement the new IB system at various regional sites. Provide technical support to various regional sites.
3. SMS Banking System
Implement the new SMS system. Provide technical support to various regional sites.
