As a senior member of the projects revenue management team at JOHUD, I directly oversee the
accounts of 22 major donors, manage the financial operations of the firm's partners, align with
supporting the decentralization financial planning for the organization's centers, and provide ad
hoc analyses for senior managers
● Budget Planning: Successfully performed budgeting for thirty-four projects representing
~$14M as total volume and ~$6M indirect return by preparing high-efficient operational
budgets and co-submitting project proposals for NGOs, donors, firms, and educational
organizations
● Management Reporting: Led the projects' financial team, tracking KPIs and reporting to
senior managers while overseeing the relationship with all donors and partners, monitoring
and reporting on their performance using tracking metrics.
● Processes Improvement: Spearheaded a variety of process improvements, including
enhancing the monthly closing process by four days as a maximum, developing a new
structured reporting system, and developing firm policies and procedures like procurement
policy, internal controls, invoicing system, due diligence, budgeting SOPs, and accounting
