- Handled the HR team integration in the merger of Transport and logistics Division (3000+ employee) into Sales Division to form Sales, Distribution and Logistics Division.

- Ensure that all Recruitment transactions are applied to the available budget.

- Analyzing and Verifying school fee and medical bills requests are part of the employee entitlements.
- Continuously monitor and process employee contracts to ensure all employees working in the region have updated contracts.
- Analyzing and Verifying ECCCR and CRR details are matching personnel policy.
- Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure time sheets are received and processed and sent to payroll to facilitate timely payment of salaries and commission.
- Inducting new employees to the region by briefing them on all personnel related policies and procedures and detailing employee entitlements.
- Ensure that prescribed guidelines related to disciplinary issues are being followed by training and providing guidance to line supervisors and managers on issues requiring disciplinary action
