I was responsible for a number of different duties related to HR management, Business outsourcing in projects and human resources strategic plan to support the company’s organizational goals.
Managed a number of different projects with different clients that resulted with over SR 600 M in revenue per year.
Developed and maintained automation system that serves over 3200 existing project staffs to facilitate their requests and services (SAHL System, SAHL Mobile Application, SAHL Ticketing System)etc.
Developed STCS’s Outsourcing Business case and Tactical Quick Star Planning with IBM Consulting to develop and maintain outsourcing services and business, a new business line for transformation strategy with IBM Consulting that will enable STCS to offer valuable and innovative solutions in the market. (Vision, and view, current state and capabilities, workforce, and technology)
Implemented the automation Talent Acquisition System (IBM Kenexa Talent Acquisition, on boarding process, assessment lead manager) to expedite management approvals and hiring process.
To reduce legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance and the company’s growth I have built a legal team to maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR in coordination with the legal department in the company.

Approving talent acquisition request from clients (cost calculation and budget availability)
Reviewing and analysing project benefits and compensation procedures according to the project procedures.
Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans.
Handling the whole gamut of operational activities for the local office and implementing organizational structures as per annual business plan.
Planning, developing and coordinating the provision of human resource services, policies and programs while ensuring adherence to companies’ rules and regulations.
•Critically reviewing and analysing current payroll, benefits and compensation procedures to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practices.
•Preparing employee files, verifying accuracy of information, also ensuring that all approvals and signatures are available in all forms.
•Establishing updates using HR systems and maintaining filing systems for confidential / administrative files to update and track information pertaining to employee personal contracts.
•Managing the preparation and maintenance of requisite reports in order to keep the upper management abreast of overall activities of the department.
