-Perform the day-to-day sales activities for the Food Hypermarket.
-Following up on orders and deliveries to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets. -Check- ups on the floor display, implement the visibility agreement of the Food Hypermarket in order to ensure that upon store space.
-Minimize Food Hypermarket sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns.
-Implementing the company's products are located in the agreed depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales.
-Assist the Food Hypermarket Key Account Manager in coordinating sales promotion activities and campaigns according to predefined budgets.
-Communicate the weekly visit schedules to the merchandisers to ensure timely delivery of all the required items to the assigned stores/ warehouses.
-Anticipate Food Hypermarket customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
-Handle effective manner to ensure high customer satisfaction. -Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manage.
- Responsible of creating and updating customer inquiries.
- Managing all customers’ requests in terms of use of the service.
- Handling walk-in customers with different queries about either service or complains.
- Respond to customers inquiries, orders, services needs and complaints or direct to sales representatives or technical service areas.
- Develop relationship with allocated customers.
- Providing administrative support for customer service initiatives and activities to provide superior services and enhance customer satisfaction.
-Maintains database by entering new and updated employees information
-Reviewing employees data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities on SAT software.
-Secures information by completing data base backups with the archive division. -Doing other tasks requested by the manager on Microsoft Office Excel.
