Project: NEOM THE LINE Hidden Marina Excavation Earth work.
• Implementation of environmental procedures at site during construction activities
• Implementing sustainability measures at construction sites, i.e., erosion & sedimentation control,
Construction waste management plan, Indoor Air Quality Plan as LEED requirements.
• Reviewing material submittals for LEED compliance products and LEED documents requirement (EPD,
HPD/C2C, recycled content letter requirements for various products).
• Assisting and guiding project team for Low emitting material requirements (Paints, coatings, adhesives,
sealants, insulation, flooring, ceiling etc.) for compliance with VOC content and emissions limits.
• Measures to prevent airborne dust generation, spill prevention, waste management, HAZMAT handling
and storage etc.
• Various strategies for maintaining indoor air quality, water conservation, energy and resources
conservation, spill response, hazardous waste handling etc.
• Implementation of CESMP for site activities, strategies for sustainability like water efficiency and
monitoring, waste reduction recycling and reuse strategy, energy efficiency and monitoring etc.
• Providing technical support to site team environmental & sustainability processes.
• Overseeing aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health,
conservation, and renewable energy to ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
• Assisting the crew in addressing environmental concerns in compliance with Environmental Management
System and applicable environmental requirements.
• Investigating environmental incidents and developing action plans.
• Weekly and monthly reports for all environmental related activities.

• Monitoring contractor’s activities related to sustainability, pollution from construction activities,
i.e., erosion, sedimentation, and airborne dust generation & rainwater management plan.
• Ensuring Implementation of CESMP for site activities, strategies for sustainability like water efficiency and
monitoring, waste reduction recycling and reuse strategy, energy efficiency and monitoring etc.
• Guiding project team for Low emitting material requirements (VOC test and general emissions evaluation
requirements).
• Monitoring and reviewing contractor’s performance for sustainable development, like water
consumption, irrigation water use, wastewater treatment, energy consumption, waste recycling and reuse
strategies etc.
• Monitoring waste management, segregation and storage of hazardous waste and nonhazardous waste.
• Implementing and verifying sustainability project goals, objectives, initiatives, or strategies in
collaboration with other sustainability professionals.
• Conducting inspections of the site activities to identify environmental aspects not complying with the
Company requirements and reporting.
• Implementation of environmental strategies, policies, practices, and action plans for sustainability.
• Providing technical support to site team environmental & sustainability processes.

• Ensuring Implementation of CESMP for site activities for a good sustainable environment.

• Conducting inspections of the site activities to identify environmental aspects not complying with
the Company requirements and reporting.
• Providing technical support to site team environmental & sustainability processes.
